Our federation was born on Friday, April 6, 2012. It brings together all stakeholders in the sector of the Damascena Rose, characteristic plant of the region of Kelaa Megouna, in the Dades Valley. On this site, you will find all the information related to this beautiful sector.
The Fimarose aims to structure and control the different productions; already it is committed to respect the different PDO. It also intends to install a quality network through a specific labeling of products of Damascena rose. In addition, the interprofession plans to have a label that ensures the traceability of products derived from the rose. The ultimate goal is to find in supermarkets, pharmacies and para-pharmacies products Kalaat M’gouna.

The roadmap of the interprofession is based primarily on increasing production volumes, but integrating the human factor that remains crucial. In other words, contribute to improving the standard of living of farmers but also to the creation of a young middle class, able to invest in the rose perfume. In addition, it is important to focus on the development of the perfume rose, by introducing new irrigation technologies.
In addition, we plan to continue our efforts in the structuring of the sector, so as to establish cooperatives specializing in production, others in processing or trade, export, services … This model would be effective to organize the sector and make it a vector of economic and social development of the region. Finally, we have set ourselves the goal of achieving an area of 1200 ha of the rose perfume and a production of 4 800 tons of rose. The last point is the control of imports and exports as well. All these actions, duly implemented, should only improve national production.
